Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The Marketing Manager will oversee campaigns across multiple channels, manage a team, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage and optimize digital and traditional marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and market share.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Oversee content creation for digital platforms, advertising materials, press releases, and internal communications.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and market research techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and brand storytelling.
