Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to help develop, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns that will enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging content, analyzing market trends, and optimizing campaigns to achieve measurable results. You will work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments to create data-driven strategies that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize all GoHighLevel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, landing pages, funnels).
• Develop and design professional campaign creatives (graphics, banners, flyers, digital ads).
• Oversee new campaign launches and ensure timely execution.
• Continuously analyze campaign performance and make improvements.
• Collaborate with management on strategy and KPIs.
• Manage daily marketing workflows and report results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, SEO, Google Analytics, email marketing, PPC, GoHighLevel ).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to think outside the box.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and other marketing software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
• Marketing-related certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads) are a plus.

Night shift 6 pm to 3 am

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
