Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Dubai. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the marketing department, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing market research and managing brand positioning. Day-to-day tasks include planning and supervising marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, coordinating with the sales and business development teams, managing budgets and ensuring exceptional customer engagement and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Proven expertise in Market Research, Branding and Marketing Strategy development.
• Experience in managing Sales alignment and leading successful marketing campaigns.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Previous managerial experience in the GCC market is a strong plus.
