Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that promote the supermarket's products and services, attract new customers, and increase sales.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and effective marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure that all marketing initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that differentiates the supermarket from its competitors.
- Plan and execute promotional events, advertising campaigns, and social media initiatives.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to develop and implement co-marketing campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all expenditures are within budget.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and make informed decisions.

Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
