About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate should have leadership qualities, creativity, and a strong understanding of modern marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email, paid ads).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Build brand awareness through innovative campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Supervise content creation for websites, brochures, social media, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with sales and event teams to align marketing and sales objectives.
• Manage budgets, track ROI, and present performance reports to management.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve set targets.
