Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic female marketing professional to join us as Marketing Head. The ideal candidate must have an MBA in Marketing, 2–3 years of proven experience, and strong expertise in offline, B2B, digital, and field marketing. This leadership role involves managing a team and delivering results across both traditional and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Strategize and execute impactful offline marketing campaigns (events, branding, activations, field marketing).
  • Design and implement effective B2B marketing strategies focused on client acquisition and long-term relationship building.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Oversee social media marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to monitor performance and optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Creative teams.
  • Manage and track the marketing budget efficiently; report progress to senior leadership.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
  • Ensure consistent and strong brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing or related discipline (mandatory).
  • 2–3 years of hands-on marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on digital and B2B.
  • Proven success in offline, B2B, and field marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent command over digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Canva, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

· Working knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM systems (like HubSpot, Zoho), and marketing automation platforms.

· Prior experience in a startup or growth-stage company is an advantage.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, and CRM platforms like HubSpot or Zoho is required.

· Strong storytelling and content development abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
