Role Overview:
As the
Marketing Manager
, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that attracts discerning travelers, creates brand loyalty, and maximizes revenue. You will oversee both online and offline marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Villas by Noor as a premier luxury villa rental brand.

Define seasonal campaigns and pricing communication in collaboration with the sales and operations teams.
Digital Marketing:

Manage performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content creation.

Build engaging digital narratives that showcase the lifestyle, exclusivity, and services of Villas by Noor.

Oversee website management and ensure optimized user experience.
Brand & Communications:

Create a consistent luxury brand identity across all channels.

Manage PR activities, collaborations, and influencer partnerships with high-net-worth reach.

Develop creative marketing collaterals including brochures, videos, and presentations.
Customer Engagement:

Design loyalty and referral programs to drive repeat bookings.

Monitor guest feedback trends and translate insights into marketing actions.
Partnerships & Networking:

Build relationships with travel agencies, luxury lifestyle platforms, and tourism boards.

Explore strategic tie-ups with premium lifestyle and luxury brands for co-marketing.
Performance & Reporting:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

5–8 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality, real estate, or travel.
