Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the steel industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic marketing, team leadership, and the ability to drive both ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and achieve business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and monitor ATL campaigns (advertising, branding, media promotions) and BTL activities (events, trade shows, dealer meets, customer engagement).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Manage brand positioning, corporate communication, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Guide and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing plans with revenue objectives.
• Handle budgeting, vendor management, and ROI tracking for marketing campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, industry associations, and channel partners.

Requirements

• Male candidate preferred.
• Postgraduate qualification in Marketing/Business Administration.
• 10+ years of marketing experience with a strong background in the steel industry (mandatory).
• Demonstrated expertise in both strategic and operational marketing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and a diverse team.
• Proven experience in handling brand-building initiatives and market expansion strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
