Marketing Manager

United States

Who We Are

In an increasingly complex world where people are starving for someone they can trust, we stand for something simple: always put the client first. We do well by doing good for those we serve. It’s the ultimate measure. We believe in providing value beyond a doubt and in the notion that time will either expose you or promote you, based on your willingness to embrace change.

We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska: Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching and Carson Partners. We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms – and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice.

Who We Want

In this role, Marketing Managers act as the primary liaison between financial advisors and the Carson marketing team - helping firms identify growth opportunities, develop and implement marketing strategies, and leverage Carson’s full suite of resources. This role balances execution support, campaign coordination, and proactive consultation to drive firm growth and elevate the partner experience.

  • Provide high-touch service, including recurring partner meetings and added support where needed. Support partner education through webinars, trainings, and presentations at events.
  • Ensure partners are aware of and effectively using available marketing tools and resources.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal Carson teams (content, design, digital, events, analytics, etc.) to deliver marketing solutions for partners.
  • Partner with corporate marketing leaders to support enterprise-wide initiatives, study groups, and pilot programs.
  • Provide feedback from partners to inform marketing service improvements and new offerings.

What You Need

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to consult and present confidently.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously. High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (automation platforms, websites, SEO, social media, analytics).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining quality.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn.
