Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Leader to spearhead KSAC Hospitals’ brand and growth initiatives. This role will drive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, business analysis, corporate engagement, and digital marketing to build a strong brand presence—starting with Telangana, expanding across Southern India, and ultimately scaling to PAN India.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing & GTM
- Design and execute Go-to-Market strategies for new services, wellness programs, and specialty offerings.
- Create a phased marketing roadmap: Telangana → Southern States → PAN India.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- Build market intelligence dashboards for leadership decision-making.
Business Analysis & Planning
- Conduct detailed market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights analysis.
- Track and report KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare financial & operational impact reports for leadership.
- Collaborate with Finance & Operations to align marketing spends with projected revenue growth.
- Perform data modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning to support decision-making.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable marketing and growth strategies.
Corporate Engagement & Partnerships
- Forge and manage corporate tie-ups, institutional collaborations, and wellness partnerships.
- Plan and execute corporate wellness camps, seminars, and engagement events.
- Liaise with industry bodies, associations, and healthcare networks to elevate KSAC’s presence.
Digital Marketing & Brand Presence
- Lead hospital’s digital marketing (social media, SEO, SEM, content campaigns).
- Manage hospital website, online reputation, and digital patient acquisition funnels.
- Drive patient engagement via email, WhatsApp, and omnichannel outreach.
- Explore and implement innovative tools (automation, analytics, influencer marketing, webinars).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in healthcare/service marketing and business development.
- Proven ability in GTM strategy, corporate tie-ups, and market expansion.
- Business Analyst skill set – data modeling, reporting, financial forecasting, KPI tracking, and converting insights into strategy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics, CRM, LinkedIn Campaigns.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong business acumen.
- Willingness to travel as per business needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Strategy, or Healthcare Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing/Business Development (preferably healthcare, wellness, or service industry).
- Demonstrated success in strategic marketing, business analysis, corporate partnerships, and high-impact digital campaigns.
