- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for building projects.
- Manage social media campaigns, Google Ads, SEO, and other online channels to improve brand visibility and attract buyers and investors.
- Plan and implement builder-specific marketing activities such as site branding, hoardings, brochures, project launches, expos, and sample flat promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and property consultants to increase lead flow.
- Create and manage marketing collaterals like videos, walkthroughs, floor plans, blogs, and customer testimonials.
- Conduct market research on competitors, project positioning, pricing, and buyer trends.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure proper lead follow-up, site visits, and improved conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure ROI on marketing spend.
- Handle website updates, brand communication, and online reputation management.
- Organize and promote customer engagement events for property promotions.
- Lead and guide a team of marketing executives or digital specialists as needed.
