Job Profile

Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring brand growth, market presence, and customer engagement across all business units. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to drive measurable business outcomes through both traditional and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and core values.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to guide strategic decision-making.

2. Brand Management

  • Develop value propositions and brand narratives that establish the company and its subsidiaries as market leaders.
  • Maintain and continually refine the brand identity across all business units, ensuring each brand is distinct yet harmonized.
  • Regularly assess brand performance through customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis to enhance brand equity, customer loyalty, and market share.

3. Global Exhibitions Management

  • Lead the organization and participation in industry exhibitions across key geographies.
  • Use exhibitions to showcase products/services, strengthen global presence, attract potential clients and partners, and gather industry insights.
  • Ensure cost-effective participation with measurable business growth, including increased brand recognition and sales opportunities.

4. Digital Marketing & Innovations

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Explore and implement innovative marketing technologies and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Social Media & Public Relations

  • Oversee social media strategies to amplify brand messaging, engage audiences, and build an online community.
  • Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and corporate communications, ensuring a positive and consistent public image.

6. Budget Management & ROI Tracking

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and making data-driven adjustments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 8–12 years in marketing, including at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic marketing, brand management, digital marketing, social media, and public relations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
