Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and drive forward our marketing efforts across traditional and digital platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, strategic, and results-driven individual to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Oversee digital campaigns, including SEO, paid media, and social media management.
• Manage branding initiatives – from design assets to corporate communications.
• Create engaging content (visuals, videos, copy) for multiple platforms.
• Lead business development initiatives and strengthen market presence.
• Analyse campaign performance and report on ROI, with clear KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Contribute to strategy consultation, market analysis, and creative direction.

About You

• 10+ years of experience in marketing (traditional and digital) within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of content creation, social media (organic & paid), and campaign analytics.
• Skilled in graphic design, copywriting, and video editing.
• Able to capture and produce on-site content (basic photography and videography).
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
• Forward-thinking, resourceful, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Role Details

• Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi (hybrid model – office-based weekdays, every other Saturday half-day).
• Permanent position.
• Reporting to: Partner.
• Salary: Competitive, aligned with UAE market benchmarks and candidate experience.
