Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and enhance our marketing efforts, elevating our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of marketing experience in the NGO sector and a strong understanding of 360-degree marketing strategies.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing plans that drive engagement, increase visibility, and support our mission.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategy Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the NGO’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Create and manage annual marketing plans, including budgeting and timelines.
2. Brand Management
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the NGO’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Craft compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with stakeholders, donors, and the community.
3. Digital Marketing
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, online ads).
- Analyze digital metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance and engagement.
4. Content Creation
- Produce high-quality content for websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
- Coordinate with designers, writers, and other creatives to ensure cohesive and impactful content.
5. Event Marketing
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for events, fundraisers, and campaigns.
- Manage logistics, promotions, and post-event evaluations to measure success.
6. Partnerships & Outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, community organizations, and stakeholders.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance visibility and impact.
7. Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (campaign effectiveness, engagement, ROI).
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
8. Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals and volunteers.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. (Advanced degree/certifications are a plus.)
- Experience: 4–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the NGO sector or a similar field.
- Skills:
- Proven expertise in 360-degree marketing strategies (digital, print, event-based).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and CMS.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
