Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, creativity, and the ability to execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and execute digital, social media, and offline campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and design teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and ensure cost-effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and external agencies.
  • Organize promotional events, collaborations, and brand activations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve set targets.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, content, and branding skills.
  • Creative mindset with analytical abilities.
  • Experience in event marketing, collaborations, and brand promotions.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
