Marketing Manager – Remote | Help Us Double Our Growth
Helion Technologies is one of the nation’s fastest-growing IT Managed Service Providers, helping automotive and heavy-truck dealerships run smarter and more securely. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can think strategically, execute creatively, and deliver measurable results.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with our VP of Marketing — collaborating on big-picture ideas, then rolling up your sleeves to make them happen. If you love variety, have a knack for inbound marketing, and want the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S., you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
· Develop, execute, and optimize inbound marketing campaigns that drive leads and growth.
· Create and manage content across email, social media, web, and digital campaigns.
· Leverage SEO strategies to increase traffic and engagement.
· Conduct account-based marketing research to identify and target key prospects.
· Partner with Sales to keep the pipeline healthy and moving.
· Analyze and report on campaign performance, iterating for better results.
What You Bring
· 5-10 years of marketing experience (B2B or tech preferred).
· Highly proficient with HubSpot CRM — you know how to build workflows, track campaigns, and pull insights.
· Experience managing WordPress websites.
· Strong understanding of SEO and inbound lead generation.
· Excellent communicator — both creative and analytical.
· Collaborative, self-starter attitude — you enjoy wearing many hats.
· Bonus: Familiarity with IT services, MSPs, or automotive industries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
