Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our brand. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, generate leads, and manage campaigns across multiple channels to achieve business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
- Brand Management:
- Build and maintain a strong brand image for the company and its products.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing and promotional materials.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events, promotions).
- Track campaign performance and optimize ROI through data-driven decisions.
- Lead Generation & Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate quality leads and support sales objectives.
- Assist in developing promotional offers, product launches, and dealer marketing initiatives.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Manage online presence including website, social media platforms, and email marketing.
- Drive engagement through content creation, advertisements, and campaigns.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management with actionable insights.
- Budget Management:
- Plan and manage marketing budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI.
- Monitor expenditures and report on campaign and marketing performance.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver projects effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automobile or automotive sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in managing budgets and marketing teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
