Job Description: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

· Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, and social media.

· Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign performance to deliver ROI.

· Build monthly/quarterly marketing performance reports and dashboards.

· Maintain Reloy’s brand presence across all social media and digital platforms, offline events & engagements

· Plan and manage events, client activations, and strategic partnerships to boost engagement

· Run A/B tests, conversion optimization, and funnel improvements.

· Explore and adopt emerging marketing technologies to stay ahead of trends.

· Collaborate with internal teams (creative, client servicing, pre-sales, strategic alliances) to align marketing with business goals

· Create strategy and marketing presentations to drive business

· Analyse campaigns, monitor performance and recommend improvements to strategies and execution

· Data analysis & campaign reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing

· 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing (agency or brand side)

CTC: 5 LPA

Location: Kalina, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
