Job Description: Marketing Manager (Jewellery Industry)
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Brand Promotion
Develop and implement comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business growth objectives.
Lead all initiatives focused on elevating brand visibility, perceived value, and market positioning within the luxury segment.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and challenges.
ATL & BTL Activities Management
Above The Line (ATL): Oversee and manage large-scale media campaigns, including print, radio, and digital advertising, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Below The Line (BTL): Conceptualize and execute direct marketing activities, promotional events, in-store activations, and customer loyalty programs to drive foot traffic and direct sales.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Handling
Manage the brand's complete Social Media Handling strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest), focusing on content creation, audience engagement, and community management.
Drive digital performance campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and influencer collaborations, to generate leads and online sales.
Budget Management & Reporting
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different activities (ATL, BTL, Digital).
Analyze campaign performance data, generate comprehensive reports on key metrics (ROI, engagement, reach), and use insights to refine future strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
