Marketing Manager

Overview

MKD Kitchen and Bath is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee and execute both online and offline marketing initiatives. This role is critical in supporting our growth strategy, strengthening brand awareness, generating leads, and ensuring consistent execution across digital, traditional, and event marketing channels. The Marketing Manager will collaborate across departments, manage external partners, and bring creative ideas to life that directly support sales and customer engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, OTT, email, and SMS.
  • Manage website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and digital ad performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendors to ensure campaigns meet lead and ROI goals.
  • Develop engaging social media content and oversee community management.

Traditional & Print Marketing

  • Manage production of brochures, direct mail, in-store signage, and other creative collateral.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all printed and offline materials.
  • Support local retail partner programs with co-branded marketing assets.

Event & Field Marketing

  • Plan and coordinate home shows, roadshows, and in-store/retail events.
  • Work closely with the Event Marketing Manager and field teams to maximize lead generation and brand exposure.
  • Track ROI on events, ensuring budget alignment and high-quality brand representation.

Strategy, Reporting & Collaboration

  • Develop integrated marketing calendars to align with promotions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and present actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and call center teams to align marketing activities with sales objectives.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in home improvement, retail, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, analytics tools, and event marketing best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision making.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
