Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance Paramotor’s visibility in the fintech and SaaS ecosystem.
- Build a strong brand identity that resonates with B2B and B2C audiences.
- Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan, implement, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage paid advertising, remarketing, and performance-driven campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
- Content & Communication
- Oversee the creation of compelling content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, social media creatives).
- Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- Partnerships & Market Outreach
- Coordinate with business development teams for co-branded campaigns, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Organize and promote events, webinars, and product launches.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
- Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and ensure measurable impact.
- Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a small marketing team and external agency partners.
- Drive a culture of innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or digital commerce industries.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of brand management, content strategy, and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
