Marketing Manager

India

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Market Research & Strategy

Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor products.

Define and segment target markets such as construction, mining, and infrastructure sectors.

Work with senior management to align marketing strategies with business goals.

2. Product Marketing

Develop strong product positioning highlighting performance, durability, and cost-efficiency.

Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to translate technical specs into benefits.

Lead product launches with the creation of brochures, case studies, and demos.

3. Channel & Dealer Marketing

Support dealer and distributor networks with co-branded campaigns and sales enablement tools.

Ensure brand consistency and product knowledge across all sales channels.

4. Digital & Industrial Marketing

Manage company website, SEO/SEM, and paid ads in industry portals.

Develop LinkedIn, YouTube, and email marketing content targeted at industrial buyers.

Track analytics and optimize digital performance.

5. Trade Shows & Industry Events

Plan and execute participation in exhibitions and trade fairs li, such as Bauma or CONEXPO.

Coordinate logistics, product displays, and promotional materials.

Generate leads and capture customer feedback on-site.

6. Content & Technical Communication

Oversee creation of brochures, datasheets, technical manuals, and case studies.

Develop content that educates buyers and supports the sales process.

7. Lead Generation & CRM

Use digital and offline strategies to generate qualified leads.

Manage CRM systems for segmentation, follow-up, and reporting.

Support sales teams with timely and relevant lead insights.

8. Branding & Positioning

Reinforce the company's image as a reliable, high-performance equipment brand.

Ensure brand messaging and design standards are followed in all materials.

9. Reporting & Budgeting

Track KPIs like campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and lead quality.

Prepare monthly/quarterly marketing reports.

Manage and optimize the marketing budget.

Manage the team of back office.
