Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, AI utilization and multichannel marketing strategies. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills to optimize performance across various platforms. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that enhance our market presence and support business objectives.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Oversee content marketing initiatives, ensuring high-quality copywriting that resonates with target audiences across multiple channels.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Coordinate multichannel advertising efforts, including print advertising and online campaigns via Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
  • Implement marketing automation processes to streamline workflows and enhance customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, ensuring effective communication of product offerings.
  • Manage budgets effectively while tracking expenditures against forecasts to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar position, demonstrating expertise in AI and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canvas for content creation and design purposes.
  • Familiarity with WordPress for website management and updates; basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in managing advertising sales campaigns across various platforms including Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
  • Excellent research skills combined with the ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in product management and budgeting within a marketing context.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
