Client Communication & Follow-Up*

* Contact prospective buyers and explain project features, pricing, and benefits.

* Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-up.

* Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email professionally.

Site Visit Coordination

* Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and internal teams.

* Escort clients to the project location and explain features on-site. * Ensure a smooth and impressive site visit experience.

CRM & Documentation

* Update leads and follow-up status in CRM tools or Excel trackers.

* Coordinate with sales team for booking formalities.

* Share project brochures, pricing, and necessary documents with clients.

Sales Support

* Assist the sales team in closing deals and post-sales coordination.

* Follow up on pending documentation and feedback.

* Provide after-sales service and customer care as required.
