Marketing Manager

We’re seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate event-based marketing efforts for a Med-Legal and Independent Medical Examination (IME) company. This role focuses on organizing recruitment and client outreach events, managing team tasks, and ensuring consistent post-event follow-up and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Execution: Lead and manage marketing events aimed at physician and client recruitment. Assign tasks to team members and oversee logistics, content, and communications.
• Team Coordination: Delegate responsibilities clearly and hold team members accountable for deliverables related to event planning and execution.
• Post-Event Documentation: Ensure every event is properly documented, including leads captured, goals met, challenges faced, and key takeaways.
• Lead Follow-Up: Oversee timely follow-up emails and outreach to leads, ensuring they are added to the CRM and nurtured effectively.
• Recruitment Support: Work closely with business development to support physician and client recruitment through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Performance Tracking: Measure event success and marketing ROI using key performance indicators; recommend improvements based on data and feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
