Job Description:
Al Rawnaq Perfumes is looking for a Marketing Manager with strong experience in the perfume or cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans.
• Manage advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with sales and design teams for campaign alignment.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance.
• Suggest creative ideas to improve brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (preferably perfumes or cosmetics).
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Creative mindset and knowledge of digital marketing.
• Fluent in Arabic, with good English communication.
• Valid UAE residence visa.
• Preference for Arabic nationality candidates.
