Role SummaryOwn our marketing engine across community programs (CHW, ECM, Community Supports, housing services). You’ll turn strategy into consistent execution—content calendar, campaigns, brand governance, and measurable growth in qualified referrals and partner engagement.Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Build quarterly marketing plans aligned to enrollment and partner goals; maintain a 6–8-week content calendar.
  • Brand & Governance: Enforce posting rules for main channels (Instagram/FB/LinkedIn); run the approval flow; manage vendor scope and access.
  • Content & Social: Lead copy/design (or manage vendors) for posts, reels, flyers, email, landing pages; ensure accessibility and language quality.
  • Campaigns: Run outreach campaigns for target populations (e.g., homelessness, SMI/SUD, refugees); support events, tabling, and partner co-marketing.
  • Web & SEO: Keep website pages current (services, counties, languages); track traffic and inquiry conversion.
  • Email & CRM: Build lists, send updates to MCPs/partners, nurture leads; coordinate with Intake to close the loop.
  • Analytics: Own dashboards (weekly): content cadence, engagement, conversions, leads by source, CPL/CPA.
  • Compliance: Follow MCP brand rules; protect PHI; align with DHCS guidance.
  • Vendor Management: Direct designers, translators, photographers, and community ambassadors; QA all deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in marketing (healthcare, social services, or nonprofit preferred).
  • Proven ownership of a content calendar and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Organized, diplomatic, and firm on process (able to enforce approvals).
  • Bonus: experience with CalAIM (ECM/CS), basic data skills (Sheets/Looker).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
