About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, manage campaigns, and drive student enrollment and brand growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital and traditional marketing with strong leadership and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns for IELTS, PTE, and study abroad programs
• Manage both digital and offline marketing strategies to promote GEO PTE Academy
• Supervise social media, advertising, and promotional activities
• Lead and coordinate with the content, design, and admissions teams
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
• Build partnerships and handle institutional marketing activities
• Stay updated with the latest marketing tools and trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or brand management (education sector preferred)
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics)
• Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Creative mindset with a results-oriented approach
