Role Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the Rx. marketing strategy across the UAE and Oman markets. This includes adapting global brand plans to local market dynamics, managing product portfolios, launching new products, and ensuring effective execution of marketing strategies in collaboration with the Country Head and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Adapt global marketing strategies to suit UAE & Oman market dynamics.
- Build and execute brand plans, including product portfolio management and new product launches
- Track brand performance and KPIs; suggest course corrections as needed.
Promotional Planning & Implementation
- Prepare and monitor Marketing Promotional Input (MPI) Utilization Plans.
- Collaborate with Country Head and Country Sales Leadership to ensure timely dispatch and execution of promotional strategies by the field force.
- Coordinate with printers and suppliers for local procurement and printing of marketing materials.
New Product Introductions
- Stay updated on the NPI calendar, including changes in product names, packs, or manufacturing.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to suggest innovative ideas for launches.
Sales Team Engagement
- Collaborate with Country Head and Country Sales Leadership to motivate and engage the sales team to take ownership of marketing initiatives.
- Provide visit-wise detailing stories and quarterly promotional plans.
Event & Conference Management
- Prepare annual calendar for local DGMs, CMEs, RTDs, and other events basis country requirements and brand plans
Budget & Compliance
- Track promotional spend and ensure alignment with budget.
- Follow standard SOPs for procurement, printing, and brand reminders.
