Job Summary:
A creative and data-driven Marketing Manager (Fashion Brand) to lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for our fashion brand. He will be responsible for managing campaigns, driving promotional activities (including discount codes and offers), optimizing digital performance, and strengthening our brand presence through PR and content initiatives. This is a pure marketing role focused on brand growth, digital visibility, customer engagement, and performance marketing crafted for someone who understands both the creative edge of fashion and the analytical side of marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage seasonal marketing campaigns aligned with collection drops, fashion calendar, and sales objectives.
- Coordinate creative, digital, and content teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.
- Create and implement discount codes, time-limited offers, and promotional campaigns to support product launches, clearances, or seasonal events.
- Track performance of promotions to improve future offer structures and optimize conversion.
- Perform roles related to Retail Shops, Shops Branding & Outdoor advertisement i.e retail shop marketing activities, shop branding and in store promotions & outdoor media like billboards, transit ads and streamers ads. .
- Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage PR efforts build media lists, draft press releases, pitch to fashion editors, and coordinate influencer seeding or gifting.
- Own the marketing calendar including product launches, promotions, collaborations, and social campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative and social media teams on visual and written content that aligns with brand identity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the fashion brand industry.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns from concept to execution with measurable impact.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms and tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics etc.
- Monitor shoots coverage according to the fashion and lifestyle media.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
