JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager manages the execution and optimization of digital marketing strategies that drive measurable growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role requires a dynamic professional who can blend strategic planning with hands-on execution—building strong online presence, managing digital campaigns across multiple channels, and ensuring seamless user experiences through website and content management.
Responsibilities:
- Help develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals, within the set budget and timeline
- Establish a strong online presence to boost brand visibility and web traffic.
- Execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, paid search, social media, email, websites) within budget and timelines.
- Oversee and optimize email marketing campaigns, creating segmented and targeted communications.
- Design, schedule, and analyze digital campaigns, preparing detailed performance reports and insights.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments, A/B tests, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Manage, update, and redesign all company websites (CoolSys and subsidiaries) to maximize engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create optimized landing pages and enhance user experience.
- Perform UI design, front-end coding, and create reusable templates for web pages and email campaigns.
- Create engaging interfaces using HTML/CSS, UI/UX best practices, and integrate data from back-end services.
- Maintain websites with fresh, engaging, and relevant content.
- Create and maintain workflows for marketing teams to ensure visibility, collaboration, and balanced workloads.
- Ensure content is optimized for both search engines and generative engines for maximum ranking and visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree preferred but not required
- Experience in digital marketing, ecommerce applications
Work Experience & Skills
- 5+ years’ marketing experience in a business-to-business environment, with direct experience in graphic design, digital marketing, communications, and marketing collateral development.
- Fluent in HTML5/CSS/JavaScript and principles of responsive web design.
- Fluent in photoshop, illustrator, indesign, and other adobe creative suite products.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and marketing databases.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with mobile app development process.
- Professional client service manner and ability to interact with all levels of management.
