BASED IN KSA


A well-established restaurant brand is seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute its marketing initiatives. This role will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth through compelling campaigns and on-ground activations tailored to the Saudi market.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Manage all brand touchpoints including content, PR, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and events.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and culinary teams to align messaging with customer experience.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to adapt strategies for the Saudi audience.
  • Build and manage external agency relationships and monitor campaign ROI.
  • Lead a small marketing team and report directly to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural sensitivities in all communication.
  • Key Ingredients:


    • Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience in F&B, hospitality, or consumer-focused industries.
    • Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian consumer landscape and media ecosystem.
    • Proven track record in campaign development, content creation, and brand management.
    • Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage; English fluency is required.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing, and CRM tools.
