Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth goals and sector priorities, including Energy, Government, Defence, Healthcare, and Corporate sectors.
  • Strengthen brand positioning through unified messaging across all marketing materials, presentations, and digital platforms.
  • Enhance corporate visibility by showcasing client success stories, case studies, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the company’s business development processes and CRM systems.

Lead Generation & Client Engagement

  • Plan and execute targeted B2B digital campaigns to generate qualified leads within strategic sectors.
  • Develop and manage sector-specific marketing initiatives that support business development and revenue growth.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation performance to support BD teams in achieving KPIs related to new contracts, cross-selling, and diversification.
  • Coordinate company participation in major industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to enhance market presence.

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Develop and manage an annual content calendar highlighting company milestones, mobilizations, innovations, and thought leadership.
  • Oversee the creation of branded materials such as videos, brochures, client presentations, and newsletters aligned with sector priorities.
  • Manage SEO, social media presence, and digital analytics to ensure continuous growth in visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Group Marketing and external agencies for PR, web optimization, and creative execution.
  • Ensure all marketing and digital activities are data-driven and directly contribute to lead-generation goals.

Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities, market shifts, and potential risks.
  • Maintain a marketing intelligence dashboard tracking campaign ROI, digital performance metrics, and market penetration.
  • Provide monthly reports and insights to the Business Development Director on market trends influencing client decision-making.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure all marketing efforts align with pipeline growth and tender success.
  • Collaborate with the Bid and Proposals team to align marketing collateral with submission requirements and sector-specific messaging.

Job Requirements

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience within the UAE, ideally in Facilities Management, Catering, or Contracting industries.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.

Key Skills

  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation and digital marketing campaign management.
  • Strong storytelling and brand-building abilities within service-based industries.
  • Expertise in digital tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written, visual, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing ROI measurement, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Dynamic, adaptable to change, delivering under pressure and innovative.

Mindset

  • Hands-on, commercially driven, and capable of managing a lean yet impactful marketing function that directly supports revenue targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Lead Generation: Number and quality of marketing-qualified leads contributing to the sales pipeline.
  • Brand Visibility: Growth in digital engagement, followers, and brand recognition across key sectors (Energy, Government, Healthcare, etc.).
  • Campaign ROI: Conversion of marketing campaigns into measurable business opportunities.
  • Content Delivery: Timeliness and quality of marketing materials for tenders, presentations, and events.
