We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution across all channels. This role will oversee a multidisciplinary in-house team (5–7 staff) plus outsourced specialists, ensuring that every investment delivers measurable ROI and supports occupancy, ADR, revenue growth, and new landlord acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital performance marketing and real estate branding, along with the ability to connect marketing directly with business results, while also being a capable team leader and mentor.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5–7 professionals (designers, content writers, photographers, videographers, Media Buyers).
  • Build a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability for each role.
  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with growth targets.
  • Allocate and manage large monthly budgets (AED 1M+ or equivalent) efficiently across markets and channels
  • Oversee allocation of resources across digital, offline, and creative channels.
  • Track hospitality and vacation rental industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance campaigns.
  • Monitor results against clear KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure marketing spend is optimized for measurable business outcomes.

Social Media & PR

  • Lead content and engagement strategy across platforms.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, PR campaigns, and corporate branding.
  • Ensure social presence translates into lead generation and revenue impact.

Creative & Asset Production

  • Supervise the creative team to deliver top-quality photography, videography, and design.
  • Act as a producer to ensure assets align with brand positioning and drive bookings.

Offline Marketing

  • Oversee brochures, signage, expo participation, and offline campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure ROI-driven execution.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Ensure all marketing investments deliver measurable ROI.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting systems to track performance across channels.
  • Provide senior management with actionable insights and regular performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in real estate in UAE.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, paid ads, and performance analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams of 5+ people with measurable results.
  • Skilled in balancing creative leadership with data-driven performance.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Revenue Management, and Business Development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED14,000.00 per month
