Marketing Manager (B2B – Digital Services)

Role Purpose:

The Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that drive awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for the company’s digital services. The role bridges strategy and execution across product, sales, and partners, ensuring strong positioning in the B2B market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the B2B marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify target industries, buyer personas, and decision-makers.
  • Position the company’s digital services against competitors with clear value propositions.
  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across digital, social, and event channels.
  • Collaborate with sales on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and lead nurturing programs.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, paid media, and social channels.
  • Oversee content creation (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars).
  • Optimize the company website and landing pages for conversion and lead capture.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Develop sales enablement tools such as brochures, decks, and one-pagers.
  • Track marketing performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, ROI, conversion rates).
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports.
  • Manage marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team or external agencies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success on launches and campaigns.
  • Participate in relevant industry events, expos, and webinars to enhance visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of B2B marketing experience in digital services, software, or technology companies.
  • Proven success in lead generation and marketing ROI delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing agencies.
  • Leadership experience managing small to mid-sized marketing teams.
