About the Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead all marketing initiatives for our growing Medical Spa. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who understands the aesthetics and wellness industry and can design campaigns that attract new clients, retain existing ones, and elevate our brand presence both online and in the community.

The Marketing Manager will oversee branding, digital marketing, event coordination, and partnership development while collaborating closely with leadership and service providers to promote treatments, memberships, and retail offerings. This role will also oversee and manage social media manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Manage all digital marketing efforts including website content, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media.
  • Create compelling promotional materials and service menus that reflect brand standards.
  • Oversee local advertising, sponsorships, influencer partnerships, and community outreach.
  • Analyze performance metrics (conversion rates, ROI, engagement, etc.) and adjust strategies for optimal results.
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions, launch events, and VIP experiences.
  • Collaborate with clinical and front desk teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and guest experience.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of marketing experience in medical spa, aesthetics, dermatology, or luxury wellness industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Experience with social media strategy, paid advertising, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track ROI and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative eye for brand storytelling and visual design.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and work cross-functionally with operations and clinical teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing influencer or ambassador programs.
  • Familiarity with booking and CRM systems used in spas/clinics (e.g., MangoMint)
  • Background in event planning or luxury retail marketing.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
