Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve admission targets and brand awareness goals.
- Manage and strengthen the school’s brand identity across all communication platforms.
- Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns (social media, website, email marketing, SEO, etc.).
- Organize and promote admission drives, open houses, school fairs, and community outreach events.
- Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Build and maintain relationships with local media, education consultants, and community organizations.
- Analyze marketing performance and admission data to optimize campaigns and budgets.
- Coordinate with the academic and administration teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Manage the school’s online presence and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Supervise external vendors, designers, and advertising agencies as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and local market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
