Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve admission targets and brand awareness goals.
  • Manage and strengthen the school’s brand identity across all communication platforms.
  • Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns (social media, website, email marketing, SEO, etc.).
  • Organize and promote admission drives, open houses, school fairs, and community outreach events.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local media, education consultants, and community organizations.
  • Analyze marketing performance and admission data to optimize campaigns and budgets.
  • Coordinate with the academic and administration teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Manage the school’s online presence and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Supervise external vendors, designers, and advertising agencies as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and local market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
