About Us:

Mindful Rejuvenation is Kerala’s leading 100-bed psychiatry, neurology, de-addiction, and rehabilitation center. We provide comprehensive mental health care through psychiatry, psychology, and social work teams — focusing on recovery, well-being, and holistic healing.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager with proven expertise in digital marketing for healthcare or service industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads and Google Maps Ads campaigns.
• Manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Oversee SEO strategies to increase website traffic and improve ranking.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies through online platforms.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives and ad copies.
• Manage online reputation and visibility for all Mindful Rejuvenation centers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in healthcare).
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Instagram Marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and keyword optimization.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
