We serve clients across GCC, Europe, UK, and Asia, ensuring safety compliance, visibility, and workplace protection through innovative technology.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can lead our marketing strategy, strengthen our brand, generate leads, and support our global expansion.

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead SharpEagle’s marketing operations across digital and offline channels, including content marketing, SEO, branding, campaign planning, social media, website management, and lead generation.
This role requires someone with strong B2B marketing experience, especially in industrial or technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for GCC, UK, and international markets
  • Work closely with sales to create lead-driven marketing campaigns
  • Plan monthly and quarterly marketing calendars

Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Oversee website content, landing pages, and SEO growth
  • Manage paid ads campaigns (Google Ads / LinkedIn / Meta)
  • Improve SERP rankings for targeted keywords (explosion-proof cameras, forklift safety lights, etc.)

Content, Branding & Collateral

  • Create professional marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, datasheets)
  • Guide the design team for social media, blogs, videos, product posts
  • Manage case studies, testimonials, and corporate videos

Social Media & Email Marketing

  • Plan and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Run email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp / HubSpot / Freshworks)
  • Grow brand exposure and engagement

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Create landing pages, funnels, and CTAs to generate leads
  • Support sales team with proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
  • Track lead quality and conversion ratio

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs: website traffic, leads, ads performance, ranking
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for management
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, CRM dashboards

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Minimum 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience (industrial preferred)
✅ Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO & Lead Generation
✅ Experience working with a technology or industrial brand (preferred)
✅ Ability to create marketing strategies for multiple regions
✅ Skilled in Canva / Adobe / WordPress / SEO tools
✅ Strong written & spoken communication in English
