We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth in the perfume industry. The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end campaign management, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure a strong, consistent brand presence across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, development, and execution of annual marketing strategies and brand campaigns.

Oversee and optimize online and offline marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sales performance.

Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and other platforms, ensuring strong ROI.

Analyze marketing performance, consumer insights, and campaign data to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with the social media team to build high-impact, brand-aligned content and campaigns.

Manage marketing budgets, cost allocations, and performance metrics across all channels.

Coordinate with design, production, retail, and agency partners to maintain consistent brand identity.

Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience managing paid media and digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.)

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within beauty, fragrance, retail, or lifestyle brands

Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with marketing dashboards and KPIs

Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and product marketing

Experience in social media, influencer partnerships, and content-based marketing

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred:
Digital marketing certifications and/or experience in the perfume or luxury beauty sector
