About Us

Satkriya Healthcare Innovations Pvt Ltd runs a rapidly scaling chain of primary care clinics, pharmacies, and laboratories under the Our Family Clinic a chain of primary healthcare clinic brand across Kerala.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager who can dive into our existing operations, define the right performance metrics, and design both online and offline Marketing that drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and revenue growth—especially at the hyperlocal level.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Analysis & Metrics:

  • Audit current marketing and patient-acquisition workflows.
  • Define, track, and report on key metrics (footfall, conversion rates, average spend, cross-sell ratio).
  • Use data to uncover gaps and opportunities in our clinic network.

Campaign & Activity Planning:

  • Campaign & Activity Planning
  • Design integrated campaigns — including digital ads, print materials, and in-clinic promotions — that align with operational goals.
  • Plan and schedule recurring community activities such as health camps, screening drives, and wellness workshops.
  • Coordinate cross-selling initiatives across clinic services, pharmacy, laboratory tests, and home health plans.
  • Possess working knowledge of video editing, Photoshop, and illustration tools.

Brand & Community Connect:

  • Build strong “neighbourhood” relationships through resident-association tie-ups, school/NGO partnerships, and local events.
  • Ensure brand presence (signage, banners, flyers) feels consistent and relevant in each community.

Content & Collateral:

  • Oversee the creation of clear, compliant patient-education materials in English and Malayalam.
  • Develop sales-enablement tools for clinic staff and tele-caller teams.

Reporting & Optimization:

  • Deliver monthly dashboards with actionable insights and budget recommendations.
  • Continuously refine tactics based on ROI, seasonal trends, and community feedback.

You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 yrs marketing experience, ideally with both digital and hyperlocal/offline campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable defining and tracking operational KPIs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management: can work with clinic operations, sales, and finance teams.
  • Creative yet data-driven approach to planning and execution.
  • Fluent in English and Malayalam, with a knack for translating clinical services into customer-friendly messaging.
