We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our strategic growth.
Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies focused on driving patient acquisition, enhancing brand awareness, and promoting specialized clinical services. This role demands strong expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and ensuring compliance with local healthcare advertising regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing (The New Technology Focus)
- Develop and manage all Paid Digital Campaigns (PPC/SEM, Social Media Ads, Display) with a clear focus on Return on Investment (ROI) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) for specific medical services.
- Lead Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Content Marketing efforts to improve organic search rankings and establish the Medical Center as a source of trusted health information.
- Oversee and manage the Medical Center's website, booking engine, and patient portal to ensure a seamless, conversion-optimized user experience.
- Implement and utilize CRM and Marketing Automation tools to manage patient lifecycle, personalize communications, and nurture leads.
2. Brand Management & Content Creation
- Direct the strategy for all Social Media platforms to build community, showcase doctor expertise, and engage the local Qatari and expatriate populations.
- Manage the creation of high-quality, culturally sensitive, and bilingual content (Arabic and English) including videos, articles, infographics, and press releases.
- Ensure absolute brand consistency across all digital and traditional touchpoints.
- Coordinate with clinical staff and doctors to develop educational content and physician profiles for promotional use.
3. Analytics and Market Intelligence
- Track, analyze, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging healthcare needs, digital health trends and competitor strategies in Qatar.
- Manage the marketing budget, forecast future performance, and optimize spending across various channels.
4. Traditional & Stakeholder Management
- Plan and execute targeted traditional marketing campaigns (print, radio, outdoor) when appropriate for local visibility.
- Manage relationships with PR agencies, media outlets, and key community stakeholders.
- Ensure all marketing communications strictly comply with the Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) advertising guidelines.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role, preferably within the Healthcare, Hospital, or Medical sector in the GCC/Qatar.
- Essential Skills:
- Demonstrable expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.
- Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker, highly creative, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires cross-departmental collaboration (clinical, operations, IT).
