Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy across all channels.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging and storytelling to strengthen market presence.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, PR).
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Oversee content creation for websites, social platforms, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations and external partners to align marketing efforts.
- Manage marketing budgets, track KPIs and report campaign performance.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics and brand building.
- Excellent communication skills and a flair for creative thinking.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM, CMS, email tools).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
