Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy across all channels.
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging and storytelling to strengthen market presence.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, PR).
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee content creation for websites, social platforms, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations and external partners to align marketing efforts.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track KPIs and report campaign performance.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics and brand building.
  • Excellent communication skills and a flair for creative thinking.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM, CMS, email tools).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
