Summary/Objective

The Marketing Manager leads the execution and daily operation of Bigge’s marketing program that supports crane sales, rentals, parts, and brand visibility. This role is responsible for running a high output creative and content operation that delivers consistent, accurate, and effective marketing materials across all channels. The Marketing Manager serves as the hands-on manager who keeps the marketing engine moving with clarity, structure, and speed.


The ideal candidate is a strong operator with creative ability, excellent judgment, and a bias for action. They know how to manage a small team, coordinate with Sales and Operations, and translate business needs into finished marketing assets without heavy oversight.


Responsibilities

Marketing Operations Leadership

  • Own the day-to-day execution of Bigge’s marketing plan with full responsibility for workflow management, quality control, and on time delivery of campaigns, content, and creative assets.
  • Manage intake, prioritization, scheduling, and communication for all marketing requests across the company.
  • Lead and coach a small marketing team to maintain consistent output and strong creative standards.

Creative and Content Production

  • Develop and produce marketing content including copywriting, email campaigns, product spotlights, case studies, and regional marketing materials.
  • Oversee design and production of graphics, collateral, and digital assets to ensure brand accuracy and professionalism.
  • Manage crane photography and video capture including scheduling, shot planning, and asset organization.
  • Operate or coordinate camera and drone work when needed.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Rentals, Parts, Operations, and Executives to gather requirements and ensure marketing accurately supports real time business priorities.
  • Translate high level strategic direction into actionable campaigns and materials.
  • Ensure marketing output aligns with fleet initiatives, crane availability, and market demand across regions.

Brand Stewardship

  • Maintain Bigge’s brand standards in all content and creative work.
  • Ensure cranes, fleet capabilities, and services are represented with accuracy and clarity across every touchpoint.

Project and Vendor Management

  • Own timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination for photo, video, design, and production partners.
  • Hold contractors accountable for quality and deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 or more years of marketing experience in B2B; industrial, construction, or equipment categories preferred.
  • Strong background in content creation with the ability to produce both copy and creative direction.
  • Experience managing a team and running structured workflows.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with competing priorities.
  • Photography, videography, or drone experience a plus.
  • Self driven, resourceful, and able to work independently in a hands-on role.
  • This role is based in Bigge’s Houston office.
  • On site work may include visits to yards, crane locations, or job sites for photography or content capture.
  • Minimal travel otherwise required.
