Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, confident, and result-oriented Marketing Professional to lead the marketing efforts for our real estate project in New Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of real estate marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive qualified leads and brand visibility through digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate projects across digital and traditional platforms.
• Manage branding, advertising, PR, event marketing, and lead generation activities.
• Work closely with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives.
• Plan and oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online reputation management.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Track campaign performance, ROI, and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Organize site events, property expos, and customer engagement activities to boost project visibility.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience in real estate (Zirakpur, Mohali, Chandigarh region preferred).
• Strong understanding of real estate consumer behavior and local market dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
• Confident, creative, and highly organized with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
