Job Description

Marketing Manager - Louzan Group

Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with Louzan Group's overall business objectives.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
    • Manage the annual marketing calendar, including campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Brand Management
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
    • Manage the brand positioning of Louzan and its sub-brands in the market.
    • Collaborate with designers and external agencies to create compelling brand content.
  • Digital Marketing
    • Oversee the company's digital presence, including website, SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
    • Analyse digital performance and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions).
    • Coordinate influencer marketing, content creation, and community management.
  • Campaign Management
    • Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns for product launches, sales events, and seasonal promotions.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report on campaign performance.
  • Retail & Visual Support
    • Work closely with the retail operations team to support in-store promotions and events.
    • Ensure consistency in in-store branding, visual merchandising, and marketing collateral.
  • Events & PR
    • Plan and manage corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, and collaborations.
    • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and PR agencies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Budget & Team Management
    • Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure ROI on all campaigns.
    • Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-quality outputs and meet deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, perfume, leather goods & Hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and brand development.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.).
