Exp – Experience in Digital Marketing of 7 to 10 years
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, display ads, and content marketing
- Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and community engagement
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with content, design, sales, and product teams
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage external agencies or vendors when required
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

- Project management and leadership abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/ Master degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing (experience level can be adjusted)
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus
