Job Title: Marketing Manager

Reports to: CEO / Operations Manager

Department: Marketing

Location: Head Office (with branch visits when needed)

Job Purpose

The Marketing Manager is responsible for building brand awareness, increasing customer traffic, and driving sales across all outlets and concepts. They will design and implement marketing strategies, manage social media and digital presence, coordinate campaigns, and analyze performance to ensure ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Strategy

  • Develop and execute marketing plans
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms (English & Arabic).
  • Identify growth opportunities in new markets.

Digital & Social Media

  • Manage content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and influencer campaigns.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and build community.

Campaigns & Promotions

  • Plan and execute promotions, seasonal offers, and events.
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager and Head Chef on new product launches.
  • Track and report campaign results.

Market Research & Analytics

  • Analyze competitors and industry trends.
  • Monitor sales data and link it with marketing performance.
  • Provide monthly reports on ROI, customer acquisition, and engagement metrics.

Team & Collaboration

  • Supervise marketing officers/assistants.
  • Work closely with Operations, HR, and Accounting teams.
  • Coordinate with external agencies when required.
