Sales & Marketing Manager (Catering Division)

We are looking for a motivated and creative Sales & Marketing Manager (Catering Division) to join our team. This role combines catering management with marketing and business development, ensuring our catering services reach new clients and deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage catering operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote catering services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leads, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to design attractive menus and packages.
• Prepare proposals, manage budgets, and oversee contracts related to catering events.

Requirements:

• Preferably Bahraini female candidate.
• Experience in catering management, hospitality, or marketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Creative thinker with a passion for food and events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
