Key Responsibilities
1) Marketing Strategy & Planning (Owner Mindset)
Build and execute quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned to revenue
goals. Define positioning and messaging for Mirats offerings across industries (B2B
focus). Plan integrated campaigns: performance marketing + content +
influencer/partner activations. Create growth experiments and scale what works.
2) Performance Marketing (Google Ads + Meta Ads) Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
Google Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing Facebook/Instagram Ads (Meta)
Own targeting, creatives coordination, landing page feedback, A/B testing, and funnel metrics.
Track and optimize CPL/CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.
Work with sales to align on lead stages, qualification criteria, and follow-ups.
3) Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, niche creators).
Build influencer briefs, content plans, timelines, and performance expectations.
Negotiate commercials, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and exclusivity where needed.
Manage influencer relationships end-to-end and ensure smooth execution.
4) Communications & Brand
Maintain a consistent brand voice for Mirats across platforms.
Write/guide high-quality copy for ads, posts, landing pages, outreach
messages, and collaborations.
Support thought leadership and founder branding initiatives (especially
LinkedIn).
5) Analytics, Reporting & Process
Set up clean reporting dashboards and weekly/monthly performance reviews.
Use insights from data to refine strategy and improve efficiency.
Own marketing calendars, campaign documentation, and repeatable systems.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
3–7 years in marketing/growth, ideally B2B services / SaaS / research /agency background.
Strong hands-on experience with: Google Ads (Search + remarketing at minimum)
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram campaign management)
Proven ability to manage campaign budgets and optimize for performance outcomes.
Influencer marketing experience: sourcing, negotiation, execution, measurement.
Strong communication skills (written + spoken) and comfort interacting with external partners.
Good-to-Have
Experience with LinkedIn marketing for B2B (organic + paid).
Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM workflows (HubSpot/Zoho/etc.).
Basic design sensibility (can guide creatives, knows what converts).
Understanding of analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Pixel/CAPI basics).
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Clear positioning + campaign plan for Mirats Insights and key group initiatives.
Performance campaigns launched with measurable lead goals and reporting.
Influencer pipeline created (shortlist → outreach → negotiations → activations).
Consistent weekly marketing cadence with improved inbound + brand visibility.
